Oooh I feel a trip to poundland may be in order.

I own one of those (I think it cost me £5) and it's been pretty good as a back up to dynamo charging (i.e. charge this before you go and when you're not charging other things. Then use the power bank to charge things overnight/when stopped if required).

I also have the 2400mha version but it never really felt like it produced that much more charge/life/power and the level of wetness on the run to the sun ride appears to have killed it.

Good shout, especially as Tesco no longer appears to stock Lithiums now.

Love the review:
So far it's been two weeks from ordering and I'm yet to complete building the bike, because of missing parts.
I think the frame is good, but can't give it anymore stars. Buy this frameset if you like chatting to Evans customer care, they has become close friends of mine.
Have fun folks if you want one!

To be fair, the parts in question were 2 plastic P clips and a pair of M8 caphead bolts ... as far as I know. Personally, if I were that bothered I'd have just bought some, as that would have been quicker than moaning about it on-line. This was also on a frameset that was priced up wrongly but Evans honoured the price

I don't think I can ever buy them again after the rattling from the Orzo pasta nearly drove me insane during this year's WRT.

Tasty, but NOISY.

I had the same in my seat pack and was equally annoyed until I ate it.
Didn't quite live up to the expectation either.

Saw Reg mention the S2S backpack in his BAM post - thought I would share the 'poor mans' version that we use. £1.99 from Decathlon. 46g for a 10l rucksack that is surprisingly comfortable to wear. Packs down very small.

Needs to be clarified in the copy that these frames are brought in for warranty use so they're bare frames and the other parts are under other codes, we end up selling cheap as we rarely use them for warranty. Been discussed but can take longer than it should to get updates through. Apologies for any faff. Probably needs cable clips, 2x 25mm M8 bolts and the EBB insert.

And arrived. The packs now also tell you how much water will be needed for rehydration. That was a request in the feedback I gave after my first sample pack. Nice to think that comments are being taken on board.
