If all fails, have a look at the Robens Vapour Airbed - certainly looks the right shape / size, light and although no insulation, looks like it might be reasonably warm with the little air pockets. Not too expensive either. Thanks Stu, it's hard to tell as they don't publish the width at the foot, but it's possible. 840g though!
The guy at the shop I bought the hyperlites from is going to phone round his suppliers on Monday to see if he can find me a couple of replacements, if not I will have to go for something like those Vangos I guess.

Re: Bargain Alert Thread
Thanks, yes, I saw one of those somewhere in my frantic browsing this afternoon and thought it looked interesting. Good make and lightweight too. No insulation as you say but then I wouldn't need it for this trip or going away for the summer. Scotland at any time of the year is a different matter though.... Will bear it in mind, cheers.

What model are the rangers at on one as description is confusing me. Are they 27.5+ 2.8 and are they tubeless (TCS) thanks

Fairly early days but I've not damaged one yet. It was the additional coverage of the sidewall over a TrailBlazer that got me interested.Thinking on Stu, how tough are these tyres working out ?
