Bir broke at the moment and the approach 5:10 shpes I bought on the cheap in the hope they would work on the mtb have sole thats too soft and feet hurt on anything over 10 or 15 mtb miles.

Anyone got any decent shoes that I can chuck in the wash and hopefully get a year or half put of em
