For fitting hydraulic hose to bike frames with old style cable guides:

I had two, but one has gone awol. Looking for one of the same type preferably. Someone must do them, but who...?

SJS are always my first point of call for these types of weird bits. As it happens, I'm looking at a cable-to-hydro option myself. It's either these or a dremel!

I did search on SJS but didn’t get anything. The way they’ve titled the item doesn’t make it especially search friendly
