PSA: Rimes / other Boa shoes

I'm unsure if this should go in the bargains thread, but it's a freebie as opposed to a bargain.
Many of us love the original Boa Specialized Rimes, and fewer of us like the Velcro ones. My Boa ones were a bit unloved as the laces have worn through to the metal, and a bit slippery on the ratchet. It turns out that Boa offer a lifetime warranty on the Boa itself, for the lifetime of the shoes, so they sent me a replacement pair of the closures for free despite my shoes being about 3 years old.
Depending on your location, there's either a webshop to use or alternatively just drop an email to boatechnology.com using the guarantee_emea email address. They'll ask for a photo to ensure you get the right ones.
