Thought I would share my blog of cycling the John Muir Way last weekend. For the first time, I took my two sons (11 and 13) on one of my biking adventures. We had some dodgy moments but battled through and finished the whole route. Highly recommend it for a family ride - great way to see the heart of Scotland.

Your boys did really well. It's amazing how much more they can do than you (or they) realise.

I am amazed that they managed it. No plans for the next ride yet but you never know.

Cheers, he's got a bit of a marble obsession at the moment, so they were coming regardless! Plus any interesting rocks he found on the way...

Trailer is fine and I've found a replacement tow skewer on SJS that looks like it will do the trick for our next trip. I loved seeing all your trips - very inspiring!
