Mrs Beener has a pr of Mavic Ksyrium allroad centrelock wheels. The front has a rough bearing.

A look at the hub with the spindle removed seems to show the DS bearing is bigger than the NDS bearing (limited by the machinging for the c/l rotor?). The NDS bearing has a circlip inboard of it.

This seems to indicate that to swap the NDS bearing i have to drift out the larger DS bearing, remove the circlip inside the NDS bearing, and then drift the NDS bearing INTO the hub shell, where it can be removed as the DS bearing has a larger external diameter.

Is this correct? Has anyone done it? The Mavic tech page shows the parts of the hub but nothing more.
