Great isn’t it :-bd

Frosty sunrises and that feeling of warmth from the sun.

More like of this please, making the commute ever-so-pleasant

I don't see frost as spring-like, more of a Dec / Jan thing? But yes, that aside it does feel like it might not be far off ... or it will once the bloody snow's gone

Well I actually rode in to work this morning (sprained my back about five weeks ago so been taking it easy) and thought it would be nice and frosty along the canal bank. This worked for the first five kilometres, then it was muddy slop  The bike is a couple of kgs heavier now.

There's still a bit sat about. Probably about 40% coverage on the lower hills ..... and I've not bothered to venture any higher

Oooh, between about 11.00 & 13.00 on 21st June probably...

It was certainly a chilly start here today, set out on my commute in about -4°C and took about 10 minutes longer than usual for my 18km ride in at a slow steady cadence through the potentially icy bits. Still got a bit of drift snow in the garden but my guess is it will be gone by the time I get home tonight; the sun has been shining all day :-bd
We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

We lose it for Dec and Jan and the first couple of weeks in Feb Ray. In 'summer' we get it most of the day :-bd

Fair point, but if frost yesterday but felt very Spring like. Think I was thinking of those Dewey mornings (which has been a long time!).

Oh well, think I jumped the gun as today is overcast and miserable :|

I did that on a newsletter once - put up a picture of a bouncing lamb with the words 'Spring's Here'. Next month I had to apolgise and put up a picture of all the snow and freezing conditions that arrived a week later :-bd
