I could cut and paste versions of the YD200 and 300s but would welcome suggestions.

Probably need to get there within a days riding so direct routes would be better.

Will be in the next two weeks so accounting for current ground conditions is a bonus.

Leeds-Skipton via the canal (or just take the train if you don't fancy that) but it's not all smooth going.
Skipton over Sharphaw to Flasby, road to Hetton then up Moor Lane (YD300 comes down this) and up to Weets Top.
Cross over to Mastiles Lane and follow this to Malham Tarn. A bit of road to the outflow of the tarn then follow the road to Sannat Hall Fm and the BW down to Helwith Bridge.
Road to Horton then take either the lane or BW to get to Ling Gill. Up on to Cam Road and either follow the PBW to the top of Arten Gill and drop down to Stonehouses or do the YD300 route in reverse down to Ribblehead and over the Shoulder of Whernside.
Down the road to Dent. There's a couple of BWs over to Sedbergh.
From Sedbergh it's pretty much road to get to Oxenholme.

Unless we have deep snow most of the bridleways are passable year round.

Bob got there with my "normal" route but in reverse.

Watch out for crank ewes, lambing time.
