I'm sure those with an interest will be aware that the kickstarter target was reached within a few hours, so now there's going to be extra pages / pictures and additional money going to charity. I'm actually quite chuffed that there's so much interest in such things

I don't know, I suppose I just looked at a map and said to myself, "I wonder if you could push a bike over that path and so join two routes?" …
