I was having real problems with a gas canister getting stuck inside my large Ti mug. So I fashioned an insert to stop this happening



Probably the most useless bit of kit ever, but it works for me.

The SPOT holder is next. My son and I are designing it to fit a Garmin mount. It's quite a tricky bit of CAD and taking a while to get right.

What happens if the gas canister gets stuck inside the insert inside the cup?





*I used to do a bit of 3D CAD modelling in a former life. Shout up if I can offer assistance.

Extensive and detailed testing over a period of 5 minutes shows that this cannot happen.

I'm not going to ask where you found that site, suffice to say I can see a definite product for the tandem crowd. Buttplug with Garmin mount, must have commercial possibilities.
