Fantastic effort. Look forward to reading all about it :-bd
We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

Having done 4500 meters and feeling terrible, I can't imagine how nasty the extra 1,000 would feel. Nice job!

I assume you took it slow and steady at the end. Must have been a real slog.

You both look in great shape after such a big effort! I got sick 1000m further down the trail and had to turn back; need to get back out there...

Enjoy the rest of your time in that special place.
