What sort of riding do you do, and more importantly what are you replacing the bike with?

I sold a fat bike and still have a gravel bike and a Stooge among others.

Fat, no hesitation.
Or whichever you use least.

Shame you didn't ask this a month ago, I was looking for an older model Caribou!

I'd keep the vagabond and keep whichever of the mtb (stooge or fat) covers most of the mtb you like doing. Seems to give a better spread than keeping 2 mtb

This is based on me riding my cx 95% of the time though!

Or which ever you don't enjoy riding.

Why are you needing to sell any of them?
3 different bikes for 3 different riding styles

I like them all.
I ride the vagabond the most and really like it. Which is strange to realise that. I always thought of myself as a mountain biker. I use the Stooge for Mtb and most of my bike packing. . The fatbike is fun and it's coming up for winter.... but I have decided to own less things. I've sold or given away a number things recently and am looking into tiny house living. I am leaning towards selling the fat bike. I can't imagine it will be worth much but then I don't buy bikes to make money.

Interesting mike, I'm trying to de clutter generally for the same sort of reasons , house is on the market ( not selling ) and I'd like a lot of simple . Don't like having unused stuff about anymore

I'm stuck at 3 bikes though!

Keep the fatbike and build up a second set of wheels for it (from the Stooge ones? ).

I had a similar idea. I've got a set of hubs and rims to build a plus wheels set for the fat bike. I also have some on one non fat wheels for it.
I also had the idea of putting a fat front wheel on the stooge.

Cheers for the replies. It has helped me sort out what to do.

Similar reasons. Looking to sell our house next year and have a much smaller house. I'm enjoying getting rid of things. But it is a bit harder with bikes.

I lived in a one bed room flat once, had four bikes in the hallway (3 were mine and one for the wifey).

Now my garage homes about 10 or so bikes, yet only 3-4 get used  Meed to move some along

@voodoo Simon

Yip. Used to have six in a two bed flat. All mine. Some were hung on the wall. I rode them all. I rode bikes a lot more then. All were different kinds of bike too. I blamed singletrackworld and fixed gear gallery for developing an obsession that is slowly calming down some 15 years later.

I'd have said 3 bikes represents admirable restraint and a minimalist approach.
Keep all three as they are all dead good :-bd

Ah, the secret stash of frames and bike bits in the loft
That has been......tackled. Good few frames and components donated. Only two frames left. And some 26" wheels. And tyres. Oh and enough handlebars to stock a shop.
Looks like I've got another trip into the loft coming up.

I think 2 is probably the minimum number that most 'enthusiasts' can get down to, at a push. 3 is more likely

If anyone’s in the south and wants to donate any bikes or bike bits, this is a great project: http://www.newforestbikeproject.org

Also - I don’t think having one bike and lots of different sets of wheels is any less complicated than just having three different types of bike!
