06/01/2018 - 67.6kg

-------------------------------------

03/11/2018 - 63.9kg (+0.9kg)
10/11/2018 - 64.1kg (+0.2kg)
17/11/2018 - 65.5kg (+1.4kg)

Looks like a big increase, but to be honest I'm not worried. What's most important right now is that I've managed to start training again (with very low weights / output).

I didn’t get round to posting yesterday:

02/11 67.2 (148.1)
09/11 66.9 (147.5)
16/11 67.2 (148.1)

Just minor fluctuations now, maintenance seems to have settled down. I could still do with cutting down on sugar though

221 lbs considering the amount I've ate this week and the lack of exercise, not too bad.
Definitely lacking mojo at the moment.

09/11 66.9 (147.5)
16/11 67.2 (148.1)
23/11 66.9 (147.5)

No exercise this week due to hectic schedule but no beer too which probably helped

05-10-18 - 113.5kg or 249.5lbs
12-10-18 - 112.7kg or 248.5lbs
04-11-18 - 114.5kg or 252lbs
09-11-18 - 114kg or 251lbs
23-11-18 - 113.5kg or 249.5lbs

Slight loss but I'll take it as a tiny win.

Illness (mine and kids), an ongoing bad back and being too busy to make time to eat properly during the day has been annoying but.....I'm continuing to run more and getting out on the bike whenever possible as well as laying off the booze (for the most part) so not too bad taken all together.

12/01: 244
19/01: 242
04/05: 236
11/05: 236
14/06: 231
---

---
28/09: 230
03/10: 230
10/10: 229
18/10: 224
...

I'm gonna be miffed if I don't see a nicely lower number on tomorrow's weigh-in.

Been a week of restraint, good behaviour, a very nice ride, a couple of runs and a lot of heavy lifting at work.

Let's see what happens.....

16/11 67.2 (148.1)
23/11 66.9 (147.5)
30/11 67.3 (148.4)

It must be a gain in muscle mass :)

Tried the ‘log’ trick but to no avail 222 lbs Maybe my running is building muscle too =)) Or just a quiet work week so temptation to snack is overwhelming. Hitting the 15 stone mark before the end of the year is looking pretty unrealistic so maybe go for getting down to 15.5 stone to welcome in the New Year. :-bd

No cycling! Doctors orders! I give up

Just starting to get on top of my new knee and finally had a treadmill test for investigating annoying ectopic beats I've been having. Expected to be told nothing to worry about, just one of those things, but no  I have to go away to hospital for more tests and scan of my carotid arteries, my heart was going doolally tap on the treadmill. So now I'm on beta blockers, asprin and have a GTN spray (just in case) and told no exercise other than moderate walking until they've done the tests. Also waiting for cholesterol tests with the threat of statins if the results aren't good.

I had to stop myself saying that I wasn't even at my threshold heart rate and work much harder on the turbo :???:

So, I'd better get myself back on my low carb diet properly as I'll not be getting anywhere weight wise otherwise.
