The postman's not been yet but he/she has one of these currently in Inverness and due to ship it south overnight tonight.

Hoping it arrives tomorrow before the South Lakes weekend

A frankly ridiculous Sunrace 11-50 cassette and new chain have arrived. Hopefully I'll be able to shoe horn them onto the Cooker tomorrow!

Ooh, photos required, which cooker have you got? I could do with either bigger legs or a smaller gear for mine. Cheers

A Big Agnes Copper Spur UL two man tent and footprint. It actually arrived on Friday, just two minutes before Cath left work :-bd so we got to use it this weekend. A lot of space for very (very) little weight

A cooker Ti. Running 11 speed XT 11-42 at the mo with a 34t Ab Black Oval. I went for the one with only the 50t in alloy. I was happy to take the weight penalty as the 42 on my Shimano cassette was worn out long before the steel sprockets.

My new (old) bike arrived Friday, and first ride out today shows it's everything I had hoped. It's a 1994 Colnage Master Olympic that is immaculate. Not a scratch on it!

First ride shows it's comfortable and quick.

For a different bike. These are for the fat bike, I've had Jones bars on it before but the bike was second hand and the steerer has been cut a bit low for me so they didn't feel right. Hopefully the rise on these will correct that.

...and dropped me off some new Resolute tyres. Now I just need to decide if I'm going to fit them tonight before going for a ride or just use the existing ones.

And delivered a Wolftooth Goat Link to get my cheap 11-42 cassette working smoothly, tried it without but it was a bit to clunky for my liking!

Bumper day today:

King Iris stainless bottle cage and Colnago bottle, a white San Marco Rolls saddle and white bar tape for my new old Colnago road bike, some new spokes to replace a snapped spoke on the CX bike, a big roll of polishing cloth, and some anusol for polishing some metalwork on the bike and van.

Just waiting for some new commuter bike light batteries and odds and sods

Only the second use of that word on the forum and I'm still trying to work out which context is the least strange. Or maybe neither are and I've led a sheltered life!

A 203mm brake rotor and PM adaptor - the fat bike needs a bit more stopping power up front. :???: Sunrace 11-42T cassette for the Solaris, time to move on from the XT + extender bodge methinks
