Great, all logged :-bd

Yeh, with a new machine you've just to take it from here on and forget what the old one said. I use the same exact spot on the bathroom floor to try to minimise variation too.

27/01/2018 - 66.8kg (-0.2kg)
10/02/2018 - 67.3kg (+0.5kg)

Not doing great with trying to keep the calorie intake high for healing up. Could do it by eating crap, but that's not really the idea.

Weigh in tomorrow folks :-bd

Not for me though. My knee swelled up monstrously and Saturday evening. A&E clarified the prosthesis is still OK and no inflection with xrays and bloods, but I've been advised a week or two of sofa rest, elevation and ice. Day 5 of incarceration and the swellings massively reduced, but still very stiff, achy and awkward to walk. Guess I won't be back at work or on the bike anytime soon

Sorry to hear about the knee - not ideal!

I'll be weighing-in as finally back on the straight and narrow.

Did a fast day on Monday and managed a lovely little 174km loop of lake Geneva today (as well as staying off the beer) so not unreasonable to hope for a pleasant surprise (though the benefit of todays ride won't be felt by tomorrow).

Good luck all!

21/09 67.6 (148.9)
28/09 67.7 (149.2)
05/10 67.7 (149.2)

Well at least I didn't go up I suppose, staying at 66.5 to 67 is proving hard though.

14-09-18 - 112.5kg or 248lbs
21-09-18 - 113kg or 249lbs
28-09-18 - ???
05-10-18 - 113.5kg or 249.5lbs

Horseshit!!!

It was supposed to be down, not up!

I suppose it's the increased eating during yesterday's big ride and any gain will take time to take effect, no???

Last time I did a fast day I saw immediate results.

Oh well, back to it. I'll keep doing what I'm doing as surely increased exercise, very little beer and occasional fasting should yield results.

I wouldn't be too worried Gairym. Your 100+ miler yesterday would surely see you with some inflammation today :-bd

Gave up on trying to up my weight the healthy way. Realised last night that I was about 750kcal off where I needed to be, so I drove to McDonalds.

It worked, I'm a kg up over yesterday.

I literally just ate about 1000kcal (which means in theory I was 250kcal over my target for the day), but I've given up on my body making any sense.

bit of a lax summer in terms of weighing in, but I've been (mostly) continuing with good habits

last weigh in here was
13/7/18 72.2 kg (158.84).

so I'm happy with today's

5/10/18 72.5 kgs (159.5)

keep on keeping on all :-bd

Doesn't look or sound fun The DOMs would be awful (I known they comment on that) as eccentric exercise does a lot more muscle damage.

I guess if you have a fixie you could take it to the top of a steep hill and try to cycle slowly down it?

I'd like to try it for the hell of it though. :)

Onto the numbers...

06/01/2018 - 67.6kg
13/01/2018 - 67.3kg (-0.3kg)
20/01/2018 - 67.0kg (-0.3kg)
27/01/2018 - 66.8kg (-0.2kg)
10/02/2018 - 67.3kg (+0.5kg)
17/02/2018 - 67.0kg (-0.3kg)
03/03/2018 - 66.7kg (-0.3kg)
24/03/2018 - 65.9kg (-0.8kg)
*** House Stops Play - Thanks Barratt you wankers ***
14/07/2018 - 67.1kg (+1.2kg)
21/07/2018 - 66.9kg (-0.2kg)
28/07/2018 - 66.4kg (-0.5kg)
04/08/2018 - 66.0kg (-0.4kg)
11/08/2018 - 67.0kg (+1.0kg)
18/08/2018 - 65.8kg (-1.2kg)
25/08/2018 - 65.7kg (-0.1kg)
30/08/2018 - 64.7kg (-1.0kg)
15/09/2018 - 65.1kg (+0.4kg)
22/09/2018 - 65.3kg (+0.2kg)
29/09/2018 - 65.4kg (+0.1kg)
06/10/2018 - 65.0kg (-0.4kg)

Have resorted to eating crap over the last few days to try and get the numbers up. Seems to be working, but it's not reflected in my rolling average above as my weight was a good chunk lower at the start of the week.
