Spot on. We went down to Ae. It was stunning. I'll post a report later.

Always been intrigued by that placename. Shortest in UK? Need to go and look up origins...

Can you do this with Death Trap's engine Stu  . Might have to "Drink Me" first I guess  .

And no, Trev, I'm not calling 999 if you get your head stuck. It's even less believable than a saucepan.

My crank, although lovely, can not compare Reg. What size is that thing?

Bigger than Trev's head  . Size in which units? cubic inches for example? 7500 I believe.

Yep, in funny money units  .

I don't think they had litres in Newton-le-Willows in 1957

Same outfit built the incomparable Lightning of course. And my incomparable first cooker.

Some size of a socket and breaker bar to undo those conrod nuts!
I used to know a guy who worked for cummins who used to go on about being able to stick your head in train engine cylinders. Apparently you can walk around inside marine engine cylinders....

Took the boy for his Vaccine yesterday, then spent the rest of the day gardening. Round friends for dinner and beer, which was nice. Spent today doing gardening as well. I'm currently sat in my tent in a random wood, listening to something grunting outside and trying not to freak out...
