It'll be the similar to the winter bivi.

If you can ride offroad in the Lakes and have a couple of nights bivi experience you'll be fine.
Pace will be sociable, but dont expect me to be bringing you breakfast in bed

I presumed, wrongly it would seem, that you could camp/bivi in the grounds of Brathy Lodge!!

So the £20 is just for the event and you have camp/park elsewhere. That's a bit naff.

Overnight accommodation is not included in the ticket price. im a Hopefull (Again) and will car camp one night and bivi one .... Hopefully

There is camping in the grounds of the venue as far as I know and is in the price of the ticket. I,m riding out of Staveley on Friday night to a bivi spot which is a stunning spot, breakfast in Ambleside and then ride to the gig on late Saturday morning.
Msg me if you fancy a ride out a few beers In Hawkshead Brewery in Staveley to start the ride

Mmm just checked out the site and there is no camping on site what a shame and a opportunity missed IMHO just seen the Oxenholme Station ride by Bearbones mine will probably have more beer stops

'Doors open' on Fri but aside from maybe having a pint and chatting, I don't think there's actually anything happening on site ... less confused?

Actually ..... maybe there is something taking place on Fri afternoon. The website says Fri 3pm, afternoon workshops and presentations. No mention of what they are though. I'm sure all will become clear at some point in time.

I'm keen and will likely be in..... keen to meet up with some folks off here and have a fondle of/go in some packrafts too.

Below, this might be an option for accommodation at £9 per night pp. I'm a member of the Lancs Climbing and Caving Club and could book it for the weekend (it's currently available that week). A ride down Walna Scar and then Coniston/Hawkshead Hill and into Brathay should be quick (about 15km)

That's not Tarn Foot campsite is it Tony? If I put Loughrigg farm campsite into the magic that is Google, that's the one that seems to come up.
