I thinm we're all different and basicaly who cares. I do care about friends and colleagues who build fear from certain food and stand in their own path to enjoyment.

Believe what you like is good for you. Enjoy what you like. No matter how much or little.

My food intake equals a rollercoaster. It's a fun ride.

No sugar Eric. I try and avoid it whenever possible - certainly won't spoil a brew with it and don't tent to eat processed food, so hopefully less 'hidden' sugar too.

Far too much.

Depends really if I'm working but normally small bowl of porridge with some fruit for breakfast, lunch is normally a sarnie finished of with a meal at night of some sort.
But don't really have an average day working shifts and in the emergency services can got a 12hr shift with nothing but a cuppa to start the day.

Think it's all how much you burn and everyones body is totally different.
