tour du mont blanc help

going to ride the tmb next weekend just wondering if there is a map i can download of the area to my gps,ive walked the route before but in the opposite direction.i have maps and guidebook of the area

Open Source MTB map?

Do a custom map and just select the tiles that cover the TMB area.

Are those routable like the Dutch OSM ones? They were great on the road bike in the Pyrenees

Yes.
(although a part of me seems to think you may have to install/download them in a particular way for them to be routable)

Yes.

Cheers. I think it's the same with the Dutch ones. Have to tick a box before download and the files end up slightly larger.

The Openmtbmaps have a pre-made 'Alps' region so you get all the areas you need in one gmapsupp file.
