Sizable Popular bothy with sleeping platform - so take alternative sleeping arangements as it may be fully occupied.
Im riding in from aberdeen probably on the deeside way and continuing on to braemar via hike a bike up glas allt path onto lochnagar and down to loch callater and ultimately pitlochry via linn of dee on saturday for me as i have a ceilidh to attend.

weather looks pish- dark/drizzly but im still planning this route.
Friday - Dyce to glas allt shiel
saturday - Glas allt Sheil via allt sheil path onto Lochnagar - across the plateau to loch Callater into Braemar for a brunch before heading to linn of dee/pitlochry via fealar lodge. Staying with a buddy
Sunday - riding in Aviemore - route TBC dependent on weather - followed by a north to south crossing of the gaick back to Pitlochry
Monday - trace the CG loop route to Fords of Avon refuge and camp out there.
Tuesday - ace decent to Derry lodge - Braemar for brunch - head for home.

Good to see it's been updated since I was last there with a stove and a composting bog
The out of bed 500m hab up onto the plateau wasn't ace but the descent to callater was
