That makes me more sad and angry than poor service does. Not to belittle it, but I suspect there are similar effects from gender, class, accent, etc. depending on the situation.Digressing somewhat.

Except it wasn't, because there was no-one in. Rearranged the delivery for yesterday. No sign of it, nor today. Rang the local depot - no answer. Emailed them: it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow
It's going to be sunny tomorrow, so I'm off out. Good job I'm not in a rush for it.
