Have you set yourself a minimum daily distance or time?
I've considered this one often as a nice little challenge to make me get off my ass.
No weighing for me this week as I've tweaked my back and am mostly laying down and eating (healthily!).
Hoping to be back in the saddle in a week or so but we'll see what two days driving back to the UK does to my poor spine before I start making plans to ride.....

No mileage goals mate just to ride every day. Its day 100 tomorrow and the past 3 days have been the hardest simply because I have a bad cold and within 2-3 miles I'm absolutely soaked through with sweat. Ive done minimal mileage these past few days but over the past 4 weeks I think I've averaged 155 miles.
My reason for doing it is simple. I'm overweight and, I'm suffering with depression and I know that cycling daily helps with both these issues.
Sorry to hear about your back problem. My regular Sunday riding partner tweaked his back last Saturday and hasn't been very mobile since. Hope it heals soon mate and I would recommend setting a goal similar to mine to anyone.
Week 15 weigh-in in the morning! Wishing you all good luck.
I'll be back and weighing in next week. Amazing how hard it is to eat right on holiday with various family demands for visits and meals. Be interesting to see how I've managed Only a few rides too due to bloody awful weather and thick fog where I am now.
Terrible week for me with illness and bad weather seriously curtailing my riding. Spending more time at home has meant raiding the kids sweets and chocolates more
So this week it's +4lb for me taking me over 17st again.
Still tomorrow's another day and I can't have the flu forever.

Be interesting to see how I've fared after my 2 weeks holiday. Be fair to say I'm a little anxious, not that I've been going daft, but I've not been as accountable as usual while away...
Down to 92.8kg ,had a couple of good rides this week and tried to control the drink and food intake , hopefully now the weather is above freezing I'll want to ride more than my 20 mile commute and the quick laps of the local trail center

I almost forgot to weigh in today.
It's been a good week. Illness cleared up, more riding and less eating.
Last week was 17st 1lb.
Today 26st 9lb
-6lb can't complain at that. Just 3lb more and I'll have lost 2 stone this year so far.
