Advice on a large saddle bag.

I need a new saddle bag. This morning mine was damaged beyond repair after a small mishap. I don't want to take a bikepacking saddle bag. But it needs to take 2x 29er tubes, a small multi tool, and room for a very small utility box of various things (chain link, tyre leavers, patch repair, zip tie, etc). I had a bike hut one but it's knackered. Anyone have any other brands and models that don't break the bank. Had a look on chain reaction and evans but nothing seems suitably roomy.

Ive got one of these. Its not light but it'll carry all that and then some and is waterproof too. Get the large one. Ortleib do one as well that'd be worth shopping around for,

For an alternative idea, how about a bag that fits under the top tube? £13 from Bikemonger:

I've the large Ortlieb saddle bag https://www.evanscycles.com/ortlieb-sad ... e-EV229699 but might be a bit pricey. I use it for my commuting stuff so it's pretty big, there's a couple of smaller sizes as well.
