Not a bad idea for long/thin items (spare spokes, tools, pepperami etc...).

I'm certainly not paying £27 for one but the idea has potential.

Definite potential, as long as you avoid any rattling!

You could potentially make up something at home with some suitable bodging.. I wonder if a squash ball might wedge up there?

Already done it (sort of) Being fairly long legged enables me to store my tarp poles down my seat post and seat tube. I use a Cava cork which has expanded to exactly the diameter of my post. With 3 holes carefully drilled in it and the poles pushed through, they stay put and don't rattle.

Uhm, most of my bikes sport rigid carbon forks so no access to the inside of the steerer from underneath. Probably a good thing given that I'd likely forget that I put something vital up there. :roll:

How does that work if you have Shockboard or Mudhuggers at the front?
