What do you get when you add more yeast to a pair of Jones bars?
These apparently

Look nice but struggling to see the why? Surely putting a few spacers below the existing bar will work similar?

The only way to get around it would be a riser stem

Re: Risen Jones
interested in these for the fat bike (where the steerer is a bit on the short side as mentioned above). It's had Jones bars on it before and I've been looking for a riser stem.
Solution finds it's problem

Re: Risen Jones
They would look incredible on my special needs stooge - it already has loads of spacer and a 50mm 30° stem - with these it would be a proper sit up and beg

Re: Risen Jones
Aye saw that today, ideal for middle age gits with back probs like me! They would put the bars on my jones 4" higher than the seat
No doubt there will be a further price hike over the standards....

Re: Risen Jones
My brain wondered what they'd be like flipped. On an older touring bike I have with uber high headtube.
But yeah, I like the idea, for certain circumstances.

Re: Risen Jones
Just looked on the Jones website - these are available to pre order at $79 - that seems a bit bonkers for Jones bars
Re: Risen Jones
Same price as the SG loops (which I believe are just short of £100 in the UK)

The weight is getting a little excessive though, as a born again weight weenie the 600g plus is scary

Re: Risen Jones
I like them ........ which is generally a kiss of death to anything and tends to mean than 90% of everyone else won't
May the bridges you burn light your way
Re: Risen Jones
I'm wondering if the agressive rise stem brigade will prefer the look of these in wanting to get a higher bar position as well? Should give options for deeper loop pocket storage pouches too.
Re: Risen Jones
I also like them, they'll look much better that the massive stack of spacers I currently have!
