Anyone using the PlanetX Claw Glove?
Is it actually waterproof?
Is the inner removable?
If so would the outer work as an over glove with silk or fleece normal glove as the inner?

Inner isn't removalable. It is pretty thick and warm. Uncertain if it is truly waterproof rather than weather resistant. Untested, I wear glacier gloves, which are waterproof, if it is wet.

I'd need to submerge it to properly tell you - can't do that til tomorrow evening as I plan to wear them tomorrow day

Waterproof? Yes but not for hours on end, probably good for 3 - 4 hours.

Something like TN Tuff bag mitts are the solution for fully waterproof over-mits you can wear over another glove.

Found some Sealskinz claw mitts discounted that fit the bill so gone for them.
