Northern winter bivi - big thank you everyone !

Post by Sarah »

Home and unpacked, if not cleaned up.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Chew and everyone for organising, coming along, waiting for me, scraping me up after crashing and generally being great company.

The 'show and tell' of gear and tales of trips and adventures was really inspiring.

Thanks again

Cheers to everyone from me also for a great weekend.

Sorry for dashing off before everyone was back at Daisy's but the flat lands of Leicestershire where calling.

Hope you all made your way back ok.

That was a cracking way to spend a weekend. Big thanks to Chewy for top trail selection and shout out to everyone else for the company and the beers.

I did go back to the café with the intention of saying a proper goodbye but no one was there. Oh well, there's always next time...

It was a really fantastic weekend, thanks to all for making it such a fun one.

Chew – thanks for organising, and taking us on some superb routes. I need to return to the Lakes with the bike much more in future.

And thanks to Mark and Sarah for the lift back to Preston. That seriously shortened my journey home.

Until the next one... :-)

Superb time had by all, me thinks!!!
Great to see some old faces and always good to meet new people. vaguely exciting trails, good beer and food and fine bivvy spot.
Thanks to Chew for the planning and thanks to everyone else too, for an excellent way to spend a weekend.
Cheers,
Adam.
