Amazing!

Post by RIP »

Looking forward to tomorrow! Bikepacking Standard Weather, hee hee

Looking over at least 8 separate threads with stuff happening all round the country(*) reminded me to thank Stu for being the originator and driving force behind all this madness - hats off to yer, guv'nor.

(*) Edited: countrIES

I'll second that. People get OBE's and Knighthoods for less ... Sir Stu, Earl Stu? Lord Stu? They all have a certain ring.
I'm just going outside ...

In fact that last one looks suspiciously like someone from this manor. But must have missed the third person at the WRT starting grid, no doubt she was there somewhere - and that looks just like the Dyfi estuary unless I'm very much mistaken.

I wonder how many in total will be heading out around the UK?

It's cool that it's happening. Why on earth isn't there a summer one when it's warmer and less rainy? We should aim for a summer solstice one (or the nearest weekend)

I'd estimate there's probably no more than 45 people heading out today. With a world population of 7.4 billion and a UK population of 64.1 million, that's a very small number, however, fewer people have changed the world before now

Not just the UK... Norway too (I am working so couldn't make a UK based one).

Bivi by a Fjord in the rain, for me tonight.
