South West crew had a great time. Soggy Saturday and sunny Sunday. Thanks to Taylor for organising.
Low cloud which turned to very heavy rain not long after this. We got very wet riding to the pub!
Remember kids, don't try and dry your socks on a lit woodburner!
Settling in for the night...
Poo with a view.
Home from home.
It was indeed a grand ride down. The early morning push back up? Not so grand.
Stunning view of the bay coming back into Porlock

Re: Any denomination 2016 Winter Bivvy pics.
I have no pics of the ride because I was way too busy dealing with the rain and mud, so hopefully another of the Chilterns crew will be along shortly with some nice images. I do, however, have this one shot at dinner, though I have had to anonymise everyone, as a few have AVO's and need to keep a low profile
Cheers fellas. Top weekend.

Re: Any denomination 2016 Winter Bivvy pics.
I only managed to grab a couple of snaps yesterday morning, I was to busy enjoying myself to be taking photo's! I think Jamie took a few so hopefully he can stick them up on here.

The Chilterns SE bivi stove nerd-off.

Here's a photo of sunrise that includes people taking photos of a sunrise (instead of just enjoying it)

it's not that I can and others can't, it's that I will and others won't.

Seriously, the whole "Northern bivvy weekend" thing is a crime against the Trade Descriptions Act. It's not even the most northern in the UK!
