Excellent, and well done.

Nice to see use of the word "nadgery", too :-bd

Cheers

Nadgery is one of my favourite words, mainly used to describe least favourite type of riding!

Excellent result Ian, well done. Those RedWhite shorts are pretty good, used them in NZ and now save for special days out. Paid for mine though......

Thanks Kevin, happy with the ride and the result.

I bought my first pair after trying a LOT of others they are my favourite. I was very happy to be part of their team programme.

Well done Ian, great result. Sounds like a similar course to last year, which was quite a tough one.

Good advice, and your pit crew sounds perfect (last year my pit crew said I should have a sleep at 1am, so I did, until 7.....)

Splendid! I also love the word nadgery....

Rare to achieve type one fun for a full 24 hours I think. Interesting to hear others get maudlin on the small hours when out on the bike. I usually get a moment or two on the BB200...

Tempting, I really did enjoy it and would absolutely do another one. but...

WEMBO does clash with something else I was planning on riding at that time of year though  . It's back at Nevis in 2019 so definitley that one

Will have a think...

I've always wanted to try something like that, but it would need to be a seriously long course so as to avoid boredom for me.

Don't think I could handle techy of that level whilst tired though.

Well in Ian a very strong ride and great blog as always.

I was checking the laps online and knew you would be picking off the riders ahead as soon as the real race started in the middle of the night!

I have raced Relentless in a four and in a pair in the past, perhaps I will try a solo venture next year!!!
