The garage clearout continues.

Gary Fisher/ Trek Marlin Single Speed 29er Frame.
17.5" Centre - Top, Rocker d/outs, 44mm headtube, 27.2mm seat post diameter, 68mm English BB, HT 2 EN 70 BB.
Powder coated Graphite Grey by LSN Coatings of Castleford, W Yorks. Couple of holes drilled in the bottom of the BB shell for drainage. Straight, true, no dings, cracks, a few marks from luggage and bags. Also complete with a Stop Being Soft sticker!!!
Comes with red anodised XRD seat clamp, generic sealed bearing semi integrated headset,One23 90 x 31.8mm stem,
450mm A-C carbon Exotic forks also good condition, few cable rubs etc.... nothing structural.
Nice single speed, builds up to a very lightweight and fun bike.

Shimano Alfine 11 Speed Internal Hub Gear.
32h, Silver, comes with everything you need to mount it. Shifter window is a tad "misted" this doesn't cause any problems at all.
Recently serviced and soaked in oil bath, so good to go!

Good condition, come with adapters for 160/ 160mm rotors, pads 75% left, all rubber boots present and correct.
No rotors!!!

Are the BB7s IS or Post mount? Do they include the levers as well?

The BB7 brakes are either post or I.S. You just use or leave out the adapters supplied.
They will not come with levers or rotors.
