Wtd: Genesis Fortitude fork or other steel 445mm fork

Post by polarcherry »

Long shot

I seem to have 'lost' my ridgid fork from my Genesis Fortitude when I moved house last year. Just been trying to find it amongst the boxes but nothing, just my old Pace RC31s which I've never trusted touring.

Anybody happen to have an adventure fork (with bottle bosses on) with a long steerer knocking around.

in the tradition of offer what you dont want I have
alloy fork, short steerer and from a genesis Longitude and its boost!
Does have the boses mind Loads of them !!

What it lacks in suitability it makes up for in price

Pretty sure I have the original 2 sample forks from that project (I worked there at that time doing the bike spec/design stuff). It'll not have any bosses though I don't think. Gloss black and sized for 19" frame. Was hanging on to it for 'one of those build ups maybe' but can't see me using it now unless I had a frame made to fit it!

Jameso :-bd - let me know as that would be ideal, mines a 19 inch so good match. I can live without the bosses or get them added by a frame builder. What's the steerer length?

I had another look today in the garage and nothing - no idea where it's gone or left!

How much you after?

Top stuff
