Those whisky forks are mine. And i also have surly krampus boost forks with eyelets for racks and cages. They are brand new. Non tapered but work with tapered headtubes.

Hope hubs have adapters/spacers for non-boost hubs to be used with boost forks. Sure other brands do as well.

I have got a pair of Planet x carbon forks that have un cut steerer if you are still looking for some thing
