Wanted kids bike for a lanky 4 year old.

I'm looking for a bike for boyo. He's done pretty well on a balance bike so I'd like to get him something to keep progress going forward. He' pretty tall for his age and is growing like a weed!

Preferably I'd like something is really good condition as he's likely to get it for Christmas. I'm in South Wales.

Failing that can anyone recommend something. Pinnacle bikes look good?
