Don't know is the short answer in fact didn't realise there are two options until I checked just now.
I shall be stripping the bike down tomorrow so will measure the angle and let you know.

(Ahem meanwhile I have a never used still in its packaging Easton EA70 Low Rise 20mm 720mm wide bar I haven't put up for sale yet.
Nothing feels right after using a Jones Loop for the last two years).

See this thread http://bearbonesbikepacking.co.uk/phpBB ... =7&t=10675 for the background to why I'm asking.

Right in answer to your question here 23 degrees.
In answer to your referenced question yes and fantastic.
Just changed the bars over and had a quick spin up the road and totally transforms the steering.
First time I assembled the SF I had the forks that came with it which had a cut steerer so bars (bend 2) were lower than the saddle.
I sold those forks so as an experiment put my regular forks on but still with the Bend 2 bars.
My fork steerer is uncut which works on the Stooge but on the SF requires about 150mm of spacers.
Anyway I had dismissed the idea of the Jones as just not really the sort of thing a SF would use but actually I think they are brilliant.
Haven't hurled myself down anything steep or rocky yet but I do on the Stooge so why not the SF?
Think I might just be keeping this after all.
I assume the Bend 2 are not required?

My current thoughts are to swap the Jones bars from the fat bike to the Spearfish and put something like the Bend 2 or Moto bars on the fat bike. My wife's just had a Stooge built up with Moto bars so will have a play on that to see what they feel like.

As an after thought because the SF has a short head tube it could be an application for the Jones Riser Loop?
