Stone the blasphemer! (Are they nativity chimps or bears?)

Off to see Star Wars tonight... Apparently this one is a return to form.

Having spent the last couple of evenings indulging in faff I'm currently relaxing with a pint and fully prepared for tomorrow's winter bivvy. Some kind of viral chest infection is making me feel poor show but I'll survive, I've packed whisky!

Now that's corking Sean! Top effort that man. Unfortunately it's spurred me on to go even more OTT for tomorrow....

Crimbo-bike-tastic!! It's got all illuminnumimnuminmumnations an' that an' everythin' too!! ------

And a particularly nasty looking "hip-flask" as well:

Happy Friday!

Sean, like BDS I also liked the Tommy Cooper touch. Peering closer, I see Baby JC has got an interesting logo on his T-shirt - reversed R's. "Recovering from Religion" it sez 'ere... I'll step back from the can of fascinating worms . Can't make out what the calf is sporting though.

BTW Steve, the scale/perspective of that hipflask pic is very deceptive...

The baby JC has an Rockstar energy drink sticker, he had they when I adopted him, but your suggestion is also pretty good

The calf was given to me by my mum and is a funny story...

She went into the NFU to renew her home insurance, the cows were on the desk of the girl working there, just shop dressing. My mum picked one up and said '"these are nice, my son would like one of them, how much are they?" the girl replied "we don't sell them", my mum replied "oh great, they're free" and put one in her bag, the girl just sat there not knowing how to tell the little old lady sat there that she couldn't keep it, so she just let her have it

"put one in her bag" - . That's the sort of thing that only little old ladies can get away with isn't it. I hope to be one when I'm older.

"a little research" -. Far AWAY. Far out man......

Not worth a separate thread, and slightly OT anyway, but this cheered me up in its own way - Quest XS Velomobile:

Quite why someone would want to get to Leighton Buzzard in such a hurry is a bit baffling but there we go. "Speed limit does not apply to human-powered vehicles"? Well that opens up some interesting possibilities.

If that's not high-speed enough for you, here's one loon at 66mph: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeqtzJqzCwo

Maybe a late Xmas prezzie idea.....

The new Surly Krampus in ocean blue, some sandblasted ali parts, home-brewed beer and weed. Good friday t'is.

Off to the cellar too to put Magic Mary onto my short travel bike as loads of snow has melted and I'm out for a long ride sans fatbike to gf's parents come sunday.

As I’ve met some of you throughout the year I feel more a part of the Bearbones family so I thought this year I would share a little Christmas greeting. For reasons too long to go into here I have ended up with a collection of PG Tips monkeys. A couple of years back the wife and myself came up with the idea of making our own Christmas cards. It turns out that if you can sew a framebag you can sew a shepherd costume for a knitted monkey, so I give you the image we created for our cards... The PG Tips Monkey Nativity.

that is funny as fcuk.

anyone offended seriously needs to get a sense of humour.

send to PG tips?
a monkey Xmas TV advert perhaps.
