I was just reading the "what's the attraction of bivi bags thread" and spotted the reference to the bicycle 3.5 tarp... took me a second to work out that the alpkit's tarps share their names with the American slang for a bike with luggage on  Good to see that this has been addressed as I always disliked that expression (the yanks also use it for their modified 4x4s) although a bit rich for for me to complain about Americanisms seeing as I spelt "tyre" as "tyre" in a previous post

'Craft beer' vs. 'real ale'
'Hike-a-bike' vs. 'walking'
'Dialled' vs. 'just right'
'Railed' vs. 'went around a corner'
May you always have tail wind.

oil bicycle.

Make it one word like the Germans:
Craftbeer

shouldn't be 'a' bike any way, but 'the':
Hike-the-bike

Good stuff, when I want to type bicycle I just type the three letters beginning with r.

'Craft beer' vs. 'real ale' or 'kraftbier' :-bd
'Laterally-stiff, yet vertically-compliant' vs 'just right' or 'nice'

I'm just reading through a business case at work that makes genuine reference to...
local decisions being informed on sub-standard analysis.
This has amused me no end.

Whats the problem with Expensive hipster brand?
its expensive and its the power of marketting over the power of the product

basically its on-one for richer folk
yes I am sure the products are reasonable etc but anyone who pay £200 for some lycra and a piece of a foam deserves to be £200 worse off

I am largely unaware of what gets filter here beyond Ra PH A
