I shall be pitching myself up for the scales soon. A couple of bust weekends, eating out too much and making too much icecream may have had a detrimental effect :/

I'm still hovering around 15st 9lb ...really happy with that as it's just shy of 2st off. I've been eating LCHF since the start of the year and it's pretty easy now. BBQ's are perfect and a doddle, raclette's are superb, currys are easy and we have the best cauliflower cheese. :)
A few weeks ago I was stuck at 16st, so the trend is still definitely downwards.
I put a few lb on at SSEC , but that came straight back off again ...Scotland isn't exactly renowned for it's healthy eating options .... and yes we had haggis and deep fried mars bar ;)
We have our 350 mile Beer'n'Pate Tour de Belgique in 3 weeks which I'm really looking forward to :)

Despite relaxing my eating and drinking over the last couple of weeks, my weight has continued to fall. I'm still exercising, but have done less and its been less intensive
Summarising that lost weight will be made up from mostly muscle. Weight now 86.8KG

Hi folks...been a while, sorry. Work has blocked this forum and with everything done on my work laptop the graph is in need to transfer to a device at home.

Me...it's going terribly as work stress and lack of access to good food (hotel Living) and no bike is doing me no favours.

Hope to get normal service back in a bit but it's crazy in my life. Sorry.

Keep at it everyone, remember it's a long haul not a sprint. It takes time and the odd hickup doesn't signify game over.

I officially now weigh less than at any other time I can recall. I reckon there's still a layer or two of bacon to come off yet though

Ok, enough is enough, I'm getting back on the weight-loss wagon.

After Tuscany I've been exercising plenty but not really riding my bike.

Eating and drinking have been plentiful and delicious but it's time to sort sh1t out and lose many of the plentiful kgs I've got to spare.

New rules starting (again) today:

- No beer in the house.

- Full-on LCHF eating.

- Lots and lots of biking, hiking, running, swimming and skateboarding (recently started again, at 41, what could go wrong?).

Updated numbers for the year to date:

Gairy Mannion - Target weight: 90kg

Start weight -01-01-2017:
110kg
09-01-2017:
108.9kg
16-01-2017:
107.8kg
23-01-2017:
107.2kg
31-01-2017:
108.4kg
21-02-2017
106.5kg
20-03-2017
105.5kg
04-05-2017
109.5kg
21-06-2017
108.4kg

Let the battle of common sense and self-control VS short-sighted instant gratification begin!!!!!

Sorry to have been away for so long ... access blocked in work and life is hectic!

So the bad news (from me) is having spent a week away on an all inclusive holiday with the family, I have put 1 kg on - so not at all happy about that.

Will get to updating stuff in the next day or so

I've sort of stalled a bit at the moment.... but Sunday me and the boy are off to Belgium cycling for the week, but it's Belgium, I WILL be drinking beer..... and as we're staying with various friends overnight, we're in their hands as to what to eat .... LCHF will be adhered to as close as possible, but it's not likely to be good. Am I worried? Not at all. I want to enjoy myself without fretting over finding compliant food...and we're doing 100k a day for 5 or 6 days ....

I'll get back on it upon my return :)

I've lost weight, but sadly it's all muscle. Now that I'm healthy again I need to get back to the weight training.

I've been keeping an eye on things here...had a little too much beer and nibbles and climbed back to 69.5Kg...started behaving myself again and yesterday morning was on 68Kg. Seem to be fluctuating between 67.5 and 69.5. I'm presuming I'm dehydrated when I'm at the lower end.

Hi all, thought I would weigh in here, the extra motivation does help. My name is Si, I am currently at 125kg down from 160 a couple of years ago. I am back on the wagon again after 6 months of less than ideal eating and exercise,

I need to update mine when I get a chance. I've recovered a bit since the injury, but sadly most of my weight loss is likely muscle (I just realised I said much the same last time I posted).

Still, I'm pretty fit as it stands.

I'm actually aiming to put on a bit of weight / muscle when I'm back in the UK as right now I doubt I'd be able to do much tussock pushing as my upper body is distinctly roadie like!
