I've taken a punt on this, which has been mentioned recently in The Postman's Been thread. Price is slightly reduced to £65, which I think puts it into the Bargain category

Kind of bargain ... buy an 8g stove before July 31st and recieve not only a lovely stove but a rather smashng tapered windshield, for nowt. Please note - 8g stoves / windshields are designed to work with 400ml / 450ml Ti mugs, not 650ml mugs, 750ml mugs, frying pans, pressure cookers or Woks.

I've been using a Pletscher Map Holder since the early 90s when I picked on up at the York CTC Rally. Didn't know they were still available, and at this price they are an utter bargain. I attach to my handlebars with a bodged Ever Ready Nightrider front bracket, but there are other options.

Popped into B&Q for 0.5L of Meths and they were charging £3.87 per 0.5L then I walked round the corner to Home Bargains (do they have them south of the border?) and picked it up for 99p. Yeah thats right 99p for a 1/2 ltr.

Brilliant .. thanks for posting it up. Bought one. I used to tour just with French IGN maps, did our GR5 route that way also and had the urge to do the same again. No gps, no faff with power supply etc.

I have to say these days I am inclined to have the map on one side, and the phone doing GPS duties with its external battery on the other... they are most excellent pieces of kit though...
