Says the man who really wanted a bright yellow BB200 'bollocks' T shirt

I'll check out the larger sizes Tony. I know they do something like a 5XL but if that's an Italian 5XL, it'll be like a medium.

That would be Bear Skulls then.

If I may be permitted to offer an observation re corporate identity and all that b*&^%%$s
It would seem to me that the cuddly bear is the established logo of BB immediately identifiable among those who use the website or wear the tee shirt.
It seems strange to me to introduce a new logo on the front of the jersey - the main location - while relegating the cuddly bear to the rear.
By all means have logo variant but it could be based on the original thus a skull and crossbones (with pointy teeth not empty gums). and this could be placed on the rear as a sort of momento mori only seen after the bear has passed by.

The current green and black colour way is something that I look out for at mass start events where 400 or so riders are milling about.
However I am particularly liking the red colour way in the examples.
Zazen - nothing happens next this is it.

That's the badger, add Il Grande Fapha on the list :-bd

Remember that 'Black is slimming'...

A grey or green trim on the sleave hem, like the green/black version would look good too.
Would also add a 'nod' to the original design :ugeek:

FWIW I'll not wear an all-black jersey when cycling on the road.

And that design is less visually arresting than the split colours of the original, making identification of other forumites much more difficult (especially so if they're in a riding position)

Black and orange looks good. Stealthy with a hint of visibility.

I vote the design above with orange sleeves and the addition of crossbones to the ‘skull’ :-bd

This one's great . . . Dare I ask for female cut one (not least because the last ones were such great quality so it was worth the extra expense!)

Would there be other ladies wanting some?

@AW - yes. Mrs Scattamah has already asked me what the pricing would be, so she's keen for a new top.

Morning all. Having carefully studied all the posts and comments, I think that in an effort to be as inclusive as possible and keep the largest number of folk on board, a revamp of the existing jersey rather than a complete redesign would be the order of the day. There's a few subtle changes - colour not withstanding and I think it probably holds the greatest appeal for the most people. Perhaps 'zombie' bear will make his debut on a bamboo T shirt?

Pricing, sizing and ordering info to follow. I shall be hopefully looking to include long sleeve and gilet options too - ta.

@ Tony - largest size listed is 48" - 49.5" chest fella.

@ Wenchie - If we can raise some interest amongst the ladies then a 'proper' female cut jersey is possible for those who prefer it over the standard 'unisex' version. As with previous orders, there will be a smallish minimum order required and the cost will be higher due to this and them being a different jersey ... obviously there's additional material required for boobs too

Stu

I will buy one for Helen (shirt) so Wenchie can add a +1 for the ladies.

And for the record I am well happy with ^ and would have a short/long and gilet off you

Loving the orange!

How many ladies orders do you need to make it doable?

I'll need to check but I recall it was 10. They will do less (even a single garment) but the price becomes silly.

Liking that ^^ Stu, good work :-bd
We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

Looks great :-bd

I'm assuming ' no name' on the back will be an option?

Sorry its maybe already been asked, but is the gillet just the jersey material or anything additional like windproof/thermal/shower proof?

I'd be interested in a zombie bear T-shirt if it happens, whatever the material.

Yep, no name option.

Yes, different material. Windproof and shower resistant with a small concealed zipped pocket on the rear / side.
