Genetic Digest bars - how wide?

Thinking of getting some of these for my cross bike but not sure whether to go for 440 or 480 width. What do you recommend and why? Ta

depends on your own size to a large degree I think. I have some 44s that I'm selling and waiting on some 48s. I forget now if they're measured brake clamp to brake clamp or centre of the 1st curve accross the tops.
FYI my shoulders measure 44cm and feel the 44s are a tad on the small side for me.

Mine are 48 and although I'm not the biggest person, they are comfy. I chose them over the narrower version because bigger is better.

Right decision : ) The wider ones are ~43-44cm at the hoods and maybe 54-56cm at the tips. Loads of flare. Good bars, I like them.
