I can't be bothered with a poll, but let's hear it. Are you a roller, a stuffer or a folder?

I'm mostly a stuffer these days , though rolling can be best for removing air from a sleeping mat.

I stuff my sleeping bag, roll the Matt and stuff the tarp or tent.

A mix of all 3 to get the best / most efficient / minimum pack volume; stuff sleeping bag, fold then roll tarp and roll sleeping mat and clothes.

Last couple of trips I've rolled my mat, bivvy and quilt together and then stuffed around them in the bag, I really need to buy some smaller bags as I'm finding myself taking extra just to fill the bag out!

I tend to stuff in the front end, sleeping and dry cloths, and pack in the saddle pack as that is more Bivi and tarp gear.
Bit of both, meself!!!

Roller of mats, tents and tarps. Stuffer of clothes into all the little spaces.

I definitely could do with help regarding packing. I've been on trios were it seems I've taken similar kit (weight & size) but packed it far worse than others. I'm learning thiugh. I noticed last time out that wrapping my permavent floor mat around my sleep Matt doesn't take up much more space and still fits inside it's bag.

Work out what I'm taking then try and figure what bags are needed to hold it all Then work out what goes where. Finally pack using the most suitable methods. Some items will always be stuffed/folded/rolled because that's the most suitable for them

Always stuff my sleeping bag/quilt

Nearly always fold my tarp (otherwise it ends up huge!)

Bivi is usually stuffed

Mat is usually rolled to deflate, then depends. Very rarely rolled as it's awkward to pack it, though sometimes loosely rolled inside the dry bag but round the outer bit (so I can stuff things in the middle). Recently bivi, mat and sleeping bag all stuffed in my drybag together, makes for quicker set up and packing - tricky when I'm 6'3 and everything is sized large

Roll the mat.
Stuff the bag
Roll the DJ and dress shirt. Keeps creases to a min so you don't have to take a travel iron.
