Post below and don't be afraid to jump back on the fatfighters wagon :-bd

I'm away for 2 weeks after that, won't be able to weigh-in or up date the spread sheet, but I'll give youse a nudge to do so yourselves and update everything when I'm back.

16/03/2018 75 (165.3)
23/03/2018 74.8 (164.9)
30/03/2018 73.4 (161.8)

I've started using MyFitnessPal to track my eating habits and that's really helping. I also managed to get out on the bike a couple of times which is helping.

Good stuff :-bd

Yeh MFP is really helpful, especially when you've used it a while and your regular foods are on there so there's less scanning and adding up

Down 2lb but I have cheated loads this week. Ive gotta try to curb my eating this next week otherwise no amount of riding is gonna compensate in the end.
Currently 16st 13lb so 21lb overall.

:-bd :-bd -2lb.this week.
I've eaten fairly decently this week although decently might not be how you'd describe a 2l tub of ice cream, bag of do riots and 95g dairy milk in one sitting

Still working hard to ride every day this year. Already I'm nearly at day 100!

So to summarise last Friday 16st 13lb, today 16st 11lb.
2lb since Jan 1st.
