Nothing wrong with 0.5kg per week loss. It adds up to nearly 4 stone over a year.
Sorry for mixing kg/stones.

This week: 236lb

So a grand loss of ...erm....zero!! Blnking scales obv need recalibrating....thats it!

Second half of week was good.....first was not so good as went camping with a load of other families which meant I was forced to have a glass of red or two!

Still, I feel like I am back on it again now so here's to a good loss next week... I need to get a stone off - its lurking....

My stats history:

12/01: 244
19/01: 242
04/05: 236
11/05: 236

Total loss for year: 11lbs.

This week: 234lb

So a loss of 2 lb for the week

Pretty good week - started to write down what i am actually eating - its quite an eye opener!
Sticking with staying off the obv sugars (for diabetes reasons) and got a few rides in too.
Should have lost that first stone by next week.....

My stats history:
03/01: 247
05/01: 246
12/01: 244
19/01: 242
04/05: 236
11/05: 236
18/05: 234

Total loss for year: 13lbs.

ps Moderdye - how has all your impressive weight loss helped you feel on your ride away? Bet you notice a real difference on the hills?

Well done groovers. Keep it going.

Wifi at lunch stop at Potarch Bridge on a stunning day :-bd

Well done keep it up!

MH24 been a massive help; 24kg less to haul up the hills is ace. Pull ups and dips are a damn sight easier too. Managed to keep my muscle up and increase FTP too with plenty of protein, around 180g-210g per day.
