234.2lb  About 30lb on in the last 4 months. FFS! Need to get back to work, active, stop eating poor show and feeling sorry for myself. I could lose it again by Xmas if I do...

Good thing is I've managed a few 50min rides out side, but that's about my max just now before the patella and quad tendons start to speak to me, also means I have to pretty much do nothing but rest it for the rest if the day.

A few too many stupidly early mornings this week meaning time for an extra meal most days

04-11-18 - 114.5kg 0r 252lbs

On the whole if I drop off the radar for a couple of weeks it's because things are not going according to plan. This time was no exception.

Two weeks in the UK with loads of friends and family visits and nights out and very little riding.

So no surprise that I've gained some weight. If anything I think it's odd that I've not gained more.

Right, back to doing it properly.....

Shame so many people gave up on it really. Makes a huge difference to your quality of life if you can get it under control.

Yeah, and I need to get it back under control. I have a life time of being known as the guy who finish this or that off and enough is enough.

Funny I can really put the effort in exercise wise and then totally mess it up on the food side.

My goal is 180lb, which may be a bit optimistic for my frame, but to get sub 200lb and stay there would be great. I don't think more structure when I'm back at work will go along way to helping.

I think most people find the food (and beer) aspect hardest.

Even with my training load, I'd definitely be able to out eat my calorie burn.

09/11 66.9 (147.5)

Still snacking too much but doing just enough exercise to keep it under control

No need for the full list of measurements anyway. The last 2-3 is more than enough so I can check I've not missed anything :-bd

09-11-18 - 114kg or 251lbs

Better living this week.

Eaten less sh1t, drunken'd less beer and ridden my bike a few times.

Also started running again which usually helps me shift the weight but it's early days yet so it's mostly suffering at this point.

Hi Groovers,

Had been doing really up up until a couple of weeks ago - too many socials / not enough riding put me back in place (as in put on 5lb in a month!)!
The goal is to lose 2lb a week until Christmas - Surely I can focus and make it happen!
Time to get back on the straight and narrow again!

My stats history:
03/01:247
05/01: 246
12/01: 244
19/01: 242
04/05: 236
11/05: 236
14/06: 231
---
---
---
28/09: 230
03/10: 230
10/10: 229
18/10: 224
...
...
16/11: 229

Total loss for year: 18 lb

Good luck everyone.

I'll weigh in tomorrow morning as I was a bit busy this morning. I think I'll share the aim of 2lb a week until Xmas too

Oh FFS 235.8lb! There's no way I have eaten enough to put on 3lbs in a week

I did have fish and chips and mushy peas and ice cream last night though :???: First day back at work and all that

Oh well better make that a full stop and try harder eh?!
