08/06 68.2 (150.4)
15/06 67.5 (148.8)
22/06 68.2 (150.4)

One step forward, one step back. I had the temerity to have a beer last weekend which was the only real difference

I've maintained the same weight as last week. In all honesty I can't complain cause I've done quite low mileage and found a passion for dark chocolate. 16st 4lb.

115 mile ride planned tomorrow so hopefully I'll have a loss to report next Friday.

Cheers mate. Weathers looking good and hopefully I'm ready so all should be good. It'll be my longest ride to date although I'm already looking at bigger UK cHallen gesture for 2019.

My golden rule for long rides is to stay out of the red unless absolutely unavoidable like a big hills.

My longest so far is 204km or 127mile, had plans for a 200 miler from Kyle of Lochalsh to Aberdeen coast to coast this year, but my knee had other ideas. You never know that might happen next year

Yep I've gotta pace myself. None of the climbing starts til 80 miles in. If we average 15ish mph I'll be very happy.

204lb, so up 2.2lbs ,but not so worried , pretty much water weight from carbing up.

I'd have to had eaten a 7000cal surplus for it to be fat and I haven't eaten a surplus, just the carbage.

Week 26 weigh-in tomorrow folks!

I'm taking a few weeks out. I'm away on holiday tomorrow, then its my knee replacement. I still try to out reminders on here for the weigh-in and will get your stats logged. My op is on 17th July, so I'd imagine a week or 2 after that before I get back on the scales myself.

Horsen-shizer!!! A long week of work, family and fatigue being used as ongoing excuses to not find time to eat healthily during the day.

Morning and evening meals are perfectly healthy and acceptable but I eat crap during the day as I'm running around like an idiot and justify it to myself that it's the only choice - bloody idiot!

This last kilo or so until target weight is proving tough. I need to find time and energy for short bursts of exercise

Didn’t realise how much difference hydration makes, especially at this time of year. I was a full 2kg lighter this morning than I was 4 days ago. Be surprised if much of that was due to energy consumption.

Hi, Just to be clear could you post the weight? Not sure if that's a weigh-in wirght or just a general comment about hydration. Cheers
