The week 8 weigh-in looms
Will they be the scales of doom?
Or will those pants have extra room?

Fingers crossed for the morning weigh-in :-bd

5.1.18 - 111.5kg
12.1.18 - 109.6kg - I'd like to say I'm down a cup size on the moobs but I haven't measured (or cupped them)
19.1.18 - 108.7kg - slow progress but still progress - first main goal just another ~8 weeks away ;-)
26.1.18 - 108.3kg - need to get back on the wagon
2.2.18 - 107.4kg
09.2.18 - 107.4kg - weight loss does not continue..... must try harder to stick to plan!
16.2.18 - 107.7kg - too much birthday cake :-)
23.2.18 - 107.7kg - static!

Sadly a slight rise for me, up to 127.2, I have not been able to touch the bike in 2 weeks now, off out tomorrow though. Upside, while ill I have been walking quite a lot and my clothes are better fitting now which is good, not all victories are on the scales.

not all victories are on the scales.
That's something important to remember. The scales don't tell the full story. It's nice notice your body changing shape and clothes fitting beter or feeling looser.

I've spent the last week both exercising and overconsuming food/booze and so haven't braved the scales yet.

It's the middle of visitor season chez nous so a time of much difficulty in resisting excesses.

But I'm getting out on the bike, some snowboarding and have started running again so at least I'm staying active whilst eating and drinking too much.

Will post an updated weight as soon as I can pluck up the courage to look at the fallout.....

Cheers I'll update the sheet later :-bd

It was all going so well until I went out this afty.
Wheel went hub deep, I went OTB on to rocks and landed on my already arthritic knee. Luckily i wasn't far from the car. Think I'll be off my feet a day or two never mind bike, swelling more now and super stiff and painful.

Me too. Yeh I've done a right job on it, but I think its just massive bruising of the tendon and muscle directly above the knee cap from feeling about, not bone or a tear in the joint, but I can't bend it really.

See how it is tomorrow, but I'm expecting a day on the sofa
