111 Kg today. Same as FLV point on last post stayed at 113Kg but belt was looser. Veg based diet going well but I will be participating in some haggis next week  The lack of meat hasn’t been an issue yet but need to get the carb/fat/protein balance improved. Back at gym and a bit of running too. Home for a week so time to get out on the bike probably Sunday. Feel better but tired in a good way. On on.

Sadly it's a 2lb gain for me this week. Not sure why but it is what it is.
Last week 18st, today 18st 2lb.

Maybe building muscle with your cycling streak, or inflamation with it, or in need of a big poo!

Keep it up, it'll surely swing back the other way :-bd

An interesting article in this weekend's Guardian suggests falling off the wagon is an integral part of the process. Recognizing when you've failed helps to keep you on the straight and narrow.

Well I wasn't expecting a meditation article, but as a meditator myself yes it is pretty relevant :-bd

Taking the niece out to lunch at an Italian place yesterday may not have been the smartest move for my weight loss.

On the bright side, exercise reduces stress... so you've got an excuse to get out on the bike more.

Gotcha and well done :-bd
Looks like 12 have maybe dropped out or just busy with other things. Your names are still on the list for when ever you can update.

I’ve just been updating my original post or would you prefer to add a new one each week?

Well I'm sorry for the confusion. I'll go back tonight and make sure I've not missed anyone else

If you don't put a new post I don't know you've posted (no notifications for editing) and I'm ending getting results at lots of different times.

So, for clarity, new post here whenever you weigh-in :-bd

Weigh-in number 5 tomorrow folks!

Post your weight in a new post below please, not by editing you initial or previous post then I can see who's posted.

If you've missed some weigh-ins don't be shy, just get weighed, post below and get back on the wagon that's fine

Good luck :-bd
