Can you not setup different bike profiles that will do that? I have two profiles set up on an edge 800 for different power meters

I dont know if the menus are the same but on an 800 you would go to: menu-(spanner symbol)- bike settings-bike profiles there is then bike 1-5 as options. each one of them has ANT+ speed/cadence and power opttions which you can turn on/off, search for or look at the details.

As above, I can't see why not. I have more than two bikes set up on a 810. I have had two bike been ridden at the same time, only one logged on to the 810 and had no conflicts or noticeable interfertence.
