Yes it can be pared with an Edge1000, as I have a wahoo sensor and also the sensor on the trainer paired. Can't remember if it can record two lots of datas though.

Can you not setup different bike profiles that will do that? I have two profiles set up on an edge 800 for different power meters

I dont know if the menus are the same but on an 800 you would go to: menu-(spanner symbol)- bike settings-bike profiles there is then bike 1-5 as options. each one of them has ANT+ speed/cadence and power opttions which you can turn on/off, search for or look at the details.

As above, I can't see why not. I have more than two bikes set up on a 810. I have had two bike been ridden at the same time, only one logged on to the 810 and had no conflicts or noticeable interfertence.
